Examples of families that need to complete the Option In/Out Form for each K-12 student:

• Family A’s resident address is within either the Harvard/Bruning-Davenport/Adams Central/etc. district but attends Sandy Creek.
• Family B‘s resident address is within the Superior district but attends Lawrence-Nelson.
• Family C‘s resident address is within the Lawrence-Nelson district but attends Sandy Creek.
• Family D‘s resident address is within the Sandy Creek district but attends Lawrence-Nelson
