ACT PREP
There is ACT Prep Materials available through the Guidance Office. The On To College (formerly known as John Baylor Test Preparation Curriculum) is used before state testing for all juniors.
The ACT online Prep is supplied by the state for all juniors and is available in the fall of their junior year. This program is available for purchase by any students at: actonlineprep.org
The ACT Academy is also a free resource that can be found on the ACT website.

The Pre-ACT is given to all Sophomores. Pre-ACT provides students with a structured testing environment similar to what they will experience when taking the ACT, ACT test-quality questions, and predictive scores on the familiar 1–36 scale. This helps students get comfortable with the test and understand how they’re doing in core subjects.
PSAT
This test is the Preliminary SAT and National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. It is given to interested Juniors in October.
ASVAB
This test is the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery. If interested contact your local military recruiter. See Mrs. Porter for assistance.
